• develop a work-program for implementing the 45 adopted Development Agenda recommendations;
• monitor, assess, discuss and report on the implementation of all recommendations adopted; and for that purpose to coordinate with relevant WIPO bodies; and
• discuss IP- and development-related issues as agreed by the Committee, as well as those decided by the General Assembly.

The Committee reports and makes recommendations annually to the General Assembly.

It is composed of all WIPO member states and is open to the participation, as observers, of all intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations with permanent observer status in WIPO, and of other IGOs and NGOs admitted by the Committee on an ad hoc basis  (moreinformation on北斗娱乐官网下载 accreditation).
