The Procurement and Travel Division (PTD) aims to provide responsive, effective and quality services to WIPO programs. Its mission is to ensure the acquisition of external goods or services, produced or performed by companies or individuals, and support Programs in the organization of travels and meetings.  While ensuring that business needs are adequately met, PTD is also responsible for ensuring best value for money and compliance with our regulatory framework.

• Procurement of goods, works and services from legal entities (commercial entities do not include No profit Organizations and IGOs) and around the world.;
• Sourcing of individual non-staff resources such asIndividual Contractors (ICS) or agency workers (AW);
• Support to programs and monitoring of official travels and meeting expenses;
• Legal and IT Support for the above listed activities
